Do you have a question?

Can I try before I buy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for your first all-access annual subscription if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase. So you can purchase knowing that value is guaranteed.

Are there any deadlines?

There are no deadlines. All our courses are self-paced and you can binge watch them quickly or take your time with a lesson a day. You can also watch a course as many times as you like during your access period.

Our subscribers often say they've enjoyed our courses so much they want to watch them again! If you purchase a single course, the same access applies but you only have access to the one course (however, you can upgrade to all courses).

Why do I have to pay for this?

Since we are part of the BBC in the UK, you may question why your UK BBC license fee doesn't include this subscription. It is because BBC Maestro is not funded by the licence fee and is not connected to BBC Public Service.

BBC Maestro is an independent business, operating under license and in close collaboration with BBC Studios, the commercial arm of the BBC. Still got questions? Drop us an email at support@bbcamestro.com
